1. Returns

    • In its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care items (like beauty products).


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Exchanges
